Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based entirely on your requests and interactions with us, typically not exceeding 4 messages per month.

Mobile Carriers: Mobile carriers (including Rogers, Bell, Telus, and all underlying network aggregators) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Opt-Out and Support Instructions
You maintain complete control over your mobile communications and can manage your consent at any time:
How to Stop: You can cancel our SMS text messaging service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a final confirmation SMS message to verify that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us.
How to Get Help: If you experience issues or require assistance with our messaging program, reply to any of our text messages with the keyword HELP, or email our support desk directly at [email protected].
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, layouts, text, logos, graphics, icons, images, and underlying code on this website are the exclusive property of SS&P HOME BUYERS or our licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You explicitly agree that any legal disputes or claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.
